Position Summary

The Part-Time Bartender plays an important role in creating an outstanding guest experience. You will prepare beverages, build meaningful connections with guests, support daily operations, and help foster a welcoming atmosphere where every visitor feels comfortable and valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and inclusive customer service to every guest.
• Educate guests on beverage offerings and answer menu questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Verify identification and serve alcohol in accordance with Colorado liquor laws and responsible beverage service practices.
• Assist guests with simulator reservations and answer basic questions about the facility.
• Support private events, leagues, tournaments, and community gatherings.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Contribute ideas that enhance the guest experience and strengthen our community connections.

What We're Looking For

• Have an interest in golf, recreation, or learning about the game. Golf experience is appreciated but not required.

Preferred experience includes:

• Bartending or restaurant experience.
• Event or hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, or craft cocktails.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Current Colorado Responsible Vendor certification or TIPS certification, or the ability to obtain certification before your first shift.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal shifts.

Preferred:

• Food Handler Certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
